山东空压机高温停机的原因是什么？

一、检查空压机的冷却器，如果是风冷方式的冷却器，就检查灰尘是否过多了，过多容易导致通风不良，使空压机设备达不到足够的散热，容易出现高温的情况；水冷的冷却器就检查有没有过多水垢产生了堵塞，带不走油点温度，达不到散热效果。

三、要做好温控阀的检查，温控阀它好比一个四通阀，在温度低的时候机油循环是从油分离器直接通到主机头里润滑散热，当机油循环中温度一般达到80-88度左右的时候温控阀会渐渐打开让油分离器的机油通过冷却器冷却后再送到主机里达到冷却循环的作用。

四、要检查断油阀和油过滤，油过滤堵塞会导致主机头进油量过少，一般油过滤是周期性的必须更换。而断油阀没有完全打开也会导致进油量过少都会让主机头逐渐升温，直到报警停机为止。
