山东制氮机保养和检查计划

制氮机是根据可变压力吸附技术设计,制造氮气生产设备。制氮机以进口碳分子筛(CMS)为吸附剂,采用正常温度压力吸附原理(PSA)分离空气,实现高纯度氮。通常同时采用两个吸附塔,通过进口PLC控制进口气动阀自动操作,交替增压减压再生,完全氮氧分离,实现必要的氮气高纯度。

The nitrogen generator uses high quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent and adopts normal temperature and pressure adsorption principle (PSA) to separate air to realize high purity nitrogen. The imported PLC controls the automatic operation of the imported pneumatic valve, and the pressure is alternately increased and reduced to regenerate, and the nitrogen and oxygen are completely separated to achieve the necessary high purity of nitrogen.

制氮机深冷氮不仅可以产生氮气,而且能产生液氮,满足液氮工艺的需要,并可储存在液氮储罐中,当氮间歇性负荷或空气分离设备进行维修时,蒸发器中罐中的液氮被加热,输入到产品氮气管道中,满足工艺单元对氮的需求。深冷氮生产运行周期(指两大加热间隔)一般为1年以上,因此深冷氮生产一般不考虑备件。而可变压力吸附氮只能产生氮气,没有备用剂,一套设备不能保证连续长循环运行。

When nitrogen intermittent load or air separation equipment is maintained, the liquid nitrogen in the evaporator tank is heated and input into the product nitrogen pipeline to meet the nitrogen demand of the process unit. The operation cycle of cryogenic nitrogen production (refers to the two heating intervals) is generally more than 1 year, so the production of cryogenic nitrogen generally does not consider spare parts. However, nitrogen can only be produced by adsorption of nitrogen under variable pressure, and there is no backup agent, so a set of equipment can not guarantee continuous long-term cycle operation.

一、检查制氮机的管路是否出现泄漏,部件有无损坏等;

1、 Check whether there is leakage in the pipeline of nitrogen generator and whether the parts are damaged;

二、每隔两个月左右就要对设备进行一个元器件方面的定点检查,检测是否出现异常和故障;

2、 Every two months or so, it is necessary to carry out a fixed-point inspection on the components of the equipment to detect whether there is any abnormality or failure;

三、分析分子筛的含量是否降低,很多制氮机的纯度达不到纯度就是因为这个原因引起;

3、 Analyzing whether the content of molecular sieve is reduced, the purity of many nitrogen generators can not reach the purity is caused by this reason;

四、每隔一年就要更换一次制氮机的滤芯,更换滤芯的时候要对设备进行泄压,以免产生人身问题,更换过程中不能损坏滤芯中心的O型密封圈;

4、 The filter element of the nitrogen generator should be replaced every other year. When replacing the filter element, the pressure of the equipment should be relieved to avoid personal safety problems. The O-ring in the center of the filter element should not be damaged during the replacement process;

五、每年更换一次活性炭过滤器。

5、 Replace the activated carbon filter once a year.

制氮机以空气作为原料,在一定的压力条件下,使用氧气和氮等不同特性的气体在膜上有不同的渗透速率来分离氧气和氮气。与其他氮化设备相比,具有结构简单、体积小、无离合器阀、维护少、气体生产快(3分钟)、容量增加方便等优点,特别适用于氮化纯度为98%的中小型氮气用户,具有好的功能比。当氮单位超过98%时,比相同规格的PSA氮气机贵15%以上。

When the nitrogen unit is more than 98%, it is more than 15% more expensive than PSA nitrogen machine of the same specification.
