制氮机的氮气干燥度受到哪些因素影响?

大家都知道制氮机在工作的时候都是通过压缩空气进入制单系统中然后在通过变压吸附的方式把氮气提纯,相信很多用户对于氮气中的水含量是比较关系的,因为工艺不一样对氮气中的水含量的要求也不一样,那么氮气的干燥度都受到哪些因素影响呢。

压缩空气中的水在进入制氮系统之前会通过三级过滤器的处理,处理之后会过滤掉大部分的水,之后进入冷冻式干燥机,经过冷冻式干燥机处理后,压缩空气中的水含量就比较少。

但是对氮气干燥度要求比较高的话需要加上吸附式干燥机,冷干机之后再经过吸干机的处理,这样子压缩空气中的水含量就很低了。自然制氮机的出口氮气的干燥度也会提升。
However, if the requirement of nitrogen dryness is higher, the adsorption dryer should be added. After the cold dryer, the water content in the compressed air will be very low. The dryness of nitrogen at the outlet of natural nitrogen generator will also be improved.
所以对氮气干燥度要求比较高的用户,需要用过滤器加上冷干机和吸干机配合使用。
