空压机调节阀出现的几种故障及解决方式

一、液位控制调节阀失控打不开

1、 The liquid level control valve is out of control and cannot be opened

液位测量指示已很高,调节器输出也很大,但是调节阀还开不了,只好打机械手轮控制。检查阀门定位器(拆去膜头连接管,堵上),揿动喷嘴档板机构,定位器无输出变化,检查节流孔是通畅的,拆开放大器发现放大器膜片破了。更换膜片,调节阀重投入自动控制。阀门定位器放大器膜片破,背压室无背压,放大器无输出,故调节阀失控。

Check the valve positioner (remove the membrane head connecting pipe and plug it), press the nozzle baffle mechanism, the positioner has no output change, check the orifice is unobstructed, open the amplifier and find that the amplifier diaphragm is broken. Replace the diaphragm and put the control valve into automatic control again. The diaphragm of the valve positioner amplifier is broken, the back pressure chamber has no back pressure, and the amplifier has no output, so the control valve is out of control.

全锈死不能转动,只好用手轮控制。设法敲出滑杆,打锈并加油后装回,调节阀复回正常。阀门定位器反馈机构,随阀的开度大小变化而加进定位器相应的反馈量。滑杆锈死,反馈作用力不能随阀的开度大小而变化,而不能使阀的开度停在调节器输出信号相应位置上,致使液位波动不已。

三、压力控制阀不能动作

一次工艺减负荷,天然气量减不下来,是天然气压力调节阀门不能动作所致。检查中发现到阀门的输出信号正常,估计是阀芯才结碳卡死,后加大气动信号,再加手轮作用力才关了此阀。待停车拆开阀门检查,不出所料,因该阀平时负荷稳定开关甚少,天然气中所带的碳黑在阀杆和导向套之间的很小间隙中结碳卡死。故以后每年大检修时,均将此阀拆开清洗,以免类似事故。

Therefore, the valve will be disassembled and cleaned every year to avoid similar accidents.

四、阀芯断失控

4、 The valve core is broken and out of control

吸收塔液位控制不住,记录曲线波动下降,检查变送器、调节器均无问题。打手轮控制时发现手轮压下或提起时均不像平时那么沉重,轻飘飘的,判断是阀芯断裂,被迫停车拆开调节阀处理,是阀芯和阀杆连接处断开。只好更换阀芯,并将阀芯阀杆连接处堆焊一圈增加强度,以免类似事故。阀芯断裂是在介质压力下的不平衡力所致。
