在安装前一定要把油管洗干净。

油管短不够长的情况下，要是在接一块的话应装上活接头。

If the tubing is short and not long enough, a union should be installed.

弯管时用煨管工具冷弯或氧乙炔火焰加热煨弯，应注意防止煨扁或金属过热而变形。

When bending pipes, use pipe bending tools for cold bending or oxyacetylene flame for heating. Attention should be paid to prevent flat bending or deformation due to overheating of metal.

油管和注油器装配好后，应进行系统的强度试验，试验压力为操作压力的1.5倍，当发现有渗漏或破裂时，应予以修理或更换。

注油器与填料函、气缸供油点接通前，应先将油器开动起来，在每一个供油点处检查来油情况和清洁程度，直到清洁以后，再正式连上接头。
