一，保养是否及时

空压机排气量下降，排除以上可能后，看空压机是否已经保养，保养多久了，如果环境不是很理想，空压机运行2000小时应检查空滤是否堵塞，轻者可以用压缩气除尘，堵塞严重，更换新的空滤。很多时候，空压机排气量下降，没有什么大的问题，就是疏于保养，空压机空滤堵塞导致，更换新空滤后，正常使用。另外，除空滤外，润滑液和其他滤芯也很关键，检查润滑液是否在标准范围之内，如缺少，请适当添加。

空压机排气量下降，检查机组，刚刚保养，排除三滤和油品问题，这是检查空压机进气阀，拆下进气软管，开启空压机，观看进气阀的开口度是否正常。进气阀理论设计使用寿命是动作10万次，因每个厂家使用批次不同，质量也有所差异，所以进气阀出现故障可能导致机组排气量下降。

三，电机故障

以上排除进气阀故障后，机组排气量仍然没有改变，应考虑电机是否故障，由于电机线圈中发生局部短路，或者是轴承磨损，导致电机转速低于额定转速，使空压机排气量下降，应检修电机线圈，轴承等，修复后测试空压机排气量。
