简要了解制氧机制取氧气的主要方法有哪些

一、膜分离法利用一些有机聚合膜的渗透选择性,当空气通过薄膜(0.1um)或中空纤维膜时,氧气穿透过薄膜的速度约为氮的4-6倍,从而实现氧氮的分离。

二、电解法采用的原理是在稀的硫酸、氢氧化钠或硫酸钠的水溶液中通直流电,使水电离。每制取1m3氧气,同时获得2m3氢气。但由于制取1m3氧气耗电量为12-15度耗电量太大,这种方法也不能大量生产。

三、变压吸附法分子筛式制氧机是一种气体分离。物理方法(PSA法)直接从空气中提取氧气,即制即用,新鲜自然。在制氧机中装填有分子筛,每克分子筛的表面积能达到800-1000m2/g,在加压的情况下,利用分子筛的物理吸附和解吸,吸附空气中的氮气,未被吸附的氧气则会被收集起来,通过对其进行净化处理,就能够得到纯度比较高的氧气。分子筛制氧机是目前成熟的,具有标准和标准的制氧机,可实现周期性的循环制氧,是一个动态的过程不存在高压易爆等危险。
