如何延长制氮机的使用寿命?

  制氮机很多人都有用过,但如何使它的使用寿命延长未必有人了解,以下是一简单的操作流程。

一、将制氮机、氮气入口阀以及取样阀都关闭,同时也关闭制氮机的电源开关。等待系统和管道完全泄压结束(系统排出的废气为浓缩氧气,注意消防平安,室内空气流通疏通)。调节氧分析仪进行取样并将减压阀压力调节到 1.0bar ,调节取样流量计,将气量调至在 1 左右即可,注意采样气量不宜过大 。开始检测氮气纯度。  二、在压缩空气气源压力达到 0.7MPa 以上时,打开制氮机总进口的截止阀 ,然后调节减压阀将压力降低到 0.4-0.5Mpa 左右,同时注意观察两个吸附罐的压力情况以及气动阀的工作是否能够正常进行。

1、 Close the nitrogen generator, nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, and turn off the power switch of the nitrogen generator. Wait for the complete pressure relief of the system and pipeline (the exhaust gas from the system is concentrated oxygen, pay attention to fire safety, and the indoor air circulation is unblocked). Adjust the oxygen analyzer for sampling, adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 1.0 bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter to adjust the gas volume to about 1, and pay attention to the fact that the sampling gas volume should not be too large. Start to test the purity of nitrogen. Two, when the compressed air source pressure reaches above 0.7MPa, turn on the total inlet valve of the nitrogen generator, then adjust the pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure to about 0.4-0.5Mpa. At the same time, observe the pressure of the two adsorption tanks and whether the work of the pneumatic valve can be carried out normally.

三、然后顺时针打开 PLC 主站电控柜上的制氮机电源开关。观察两个吸附塔的压力变化,判断两吸附塔是否能够正常切换。再生塔压力为零,均匀时两塔压力应接近原工作塔压力的一半。

3、 Then turn on the power switch of nitrogen generator on the electric control cabinet of PLC master station clockwise. Observe the pressure changes of the two adsorption towers to judge whether the two adsorption towers can switch normally. When the pressure of regeneration tower is zero, the pressure of two towers should be close to half of the original working tower pressure.

四、打开测氧仪的电源开关,并调节适量的取样流量,观察含氧量。根据需要的氮气纯度调节纯度阀的开度,纯度合格后自动切换进入氮气储罐,储氮罐储氮压力一般为 0.6 0.8MPa 左右。

4、 Turn on the power switch of the oxygen meter, adjust the appropriate amount of sampling flow, and observe the oxygen content. Adjust the opening of the purity valve according to the required nitrogen purity, and automatically switch to the nitrogen storage tank after the purity is qualified. The nitrogen storage pressure of the nitrogen storage tank is generally about 0.60.8mpa.

五、关闭整个系统和系统各部分,在制氮机吸附罐压力达到 0.6MPa 左右时,观察制氮系统是否正常工作。

5、 Close the whole system and all parts of the system, and observe whether the nitrogen generation system works normally when the pressure of adsorption tank of nitrogen generator reaches about 0.6MPa.

六、缓慢打开放空入口截止阀,调节流量至额定流量的 1/2。调整氮气入口阀的开度来调节氮气的纯度和流量。

6、 Slowly open the vent inlet stop valve and adjust the flow to 1 / 2 of the rated flow. Adjust the opening of nitrogen inlet valve to adjust the purity and flow of nitrogen.

七、观察测氧仪指示的氧含量是否符合要求。当氮气纯度达到要求后,再缓慢打开纯气出口截止阀,将流量调至所需的流量,关闭放空入口截止阀,当设备正常运转后即可投入使用。

7、 Observe whether the oxygen content indicated by the oxygen meter meets the requirements. When the nitrogen purity meets the requirements, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow to the required flow, close the vent inlet stop valve, and put the equipment into use after normal operation.
