一、应用网络技术安排修理计划,找出关键路线,并加以调整优化

网络技术又称关键线路法,是一种计划管理方法。它是通过分析项目过程中哪个活动序列进度安排的总时差少来预测项目工期。它用网络图表示各项工作之间的相互关系,找出控制工期的关键路线,以达到缩短工期、提供工效、降低成本的目的。
