The analysis is as follows:
1、 The oil-gas separation core itself will not be ignited. Only the fire and combustion supporting gas can be ignited.
2、 The static electricity produced by the oil-gas separation core is not easy to cause fire, because the compressed air will produce static electricity after passing through the glass fiber, and the static electricity can only work when it is scattered to the shell of the compressor. Its function is to absorb small and small oil particles in irregular motion on the fiber, and the more it absorbs, the larger the oil particles will be produced, and the weight of oil will be reduced to less than that of air The air separates the lower part of the core and returns to the lubrication system.
It's a Brownian motion. If the static electricity can't disperse, it can't play the principle of Brownian motion, so the gasket of the oil-gas separation core needs to add conductive sheet, so the static electricity is not the cause of combustion and ignition.
3、 One of the conditions for the combustion of the oil-gas separation core is that the combustion supporting gas is compressed air, another kind of fire. There are several reasons for the fire
1. It is the fire produced by the collision of objects. Objects refer to rust iron, carbon deposit, welding or metal particles worn by metal parts
2. It is the engine oil used by the compressor. The compressor oil is very important. Whether the flash point of the engine oil meets the requirements, whether its antioxidant capacity meets the standards, and the engine oil is constantly changing under pressure. Under the conditions of 80 ℃ and 100 ℃, the gasification capacity of the engine oil is not the same. The gasification capacity at 100 ℃ is 10 times that at 80 ℃.
Therefore, the larger the gasification amount of compressor oil, the more carbon deposit will be produced. When the carbon deposit is constantly affected by the temperature of the compressor, it will be heated until the fire is produced.
3. Whether the pressure maintaining valve of the compressor is damaged, if the damage is in the use of several compressors at the same time, it is easy to produce gas impact and fire.
