空压机油分爆炸的原因有哪些?

关于油气分离芯燃烧或者爆炸的原因来分析:在空气压缩机行业中经常听到很多朋友说油气分离芯燃烧着火,一直找不出的原因,因为我们没办法亲自看见,只是在理论上来分析。

分析如下:

一、油气分离芯本身是不会燃烧着火,必须有附带条件是火种和助燃气体才会燃烧着火。

二、油气分离芯所产生的静电并不会容易产生火种,因为压缩空气穿过玻纤后是产生静电,静电要散到压缩机的外壳处才能起作用,它的作用是吸附很小很小在不规则运动的细小油颗粒在纤维上,越吸越多就产生大油颗粒,利用油的重量比空气的重量重就下降到油气分离芯的低部,重新回到润滑系统上。

这样是一种布朗运动。如果静电散不走的就不能起到布朗运动的原理,所以油气分离芯的垫片上要加导电片的原因,所以静电并不是燃烧着火的原因。

三、油气分离芯燃烧的一种条件已经具备的是助燃气体就是压缩空气,另一种火种,产生火种的原因有几种原因:

2、是压缩机所使用的机油,压缩机机油是很关健,机油的闪点是否达到要求,它的抗氧化能力是否达标,机油在受压下不断在变化,在80度和100度的条件下机油的气化量都不一样,在100度的气化量是80度的10倍。

所以压缩机机油的气化量越大,产生炭积的就越多,在炭积不断受到压缩机的温度影响,就不断加温直到产生火种。

3、压缩机的保压阀是否有损坏,如果损坏是在几台压缩机同时在使用的,就容易产生气体相击,容易产生火种。
