空压机如何进行节能管理?

空压机是制造业通用设备之一,做好空压机节能管理是实现企业节电的工作之一,那么如何节能管理呢?

Air compressor is one of the general equipment in manufacturing industry. Energy saving management of air compressor is one of the tasks to realize energy saving of enterprises, so how to manage energy saving?

1.治理泄漏

1. Control the leakage

据测算,一个1mm2的小孔,在7bar压力下,泄漏量约为1.5L/S,检查所有的输送管网及用气点,特别是接头、阀门等处,及时处理泄漏点。

According to the calculation, under the pressure of 7bar, the leakage of a 1mm2 small hole is about 1.5l/s. Check all the pipeline network and gas consumption points, especially the joints and valves, and deal with the leakage point in time.

2.压降治理

2. Pressure drop treatment

通过管路分段设立压力表检测压力,详细检查你的各段压降,有问题的管网段及时检查维护。一般空压机出口到用气点,压降不能超过1bar,严格的甚至是不超过10%即0.7bar,冷干过滤段的压降一般0.2bar.工厂尽量布置环型管网,平衡各点用气压力。

Set up a pressure gauge to detect the pressure through the pipeline section, check the pressure drop of each section in detail, and timely check and maintain the pipe network section with problems. Generally, the pressure drop from the outlet of air compressor to the gas consumption point should not exceed 1 bar, strictly not more than 10%, i.e. 0.7 bar. The pressure drop of cold dry filter section is generally 0.2 bar. The factory should try to arrange annular pipe network to balance the gas consumption pressure at each point.

3.调整用气设备压力匹配

3. Adjust the pressure matching of gas equipment

评估用气设备的压力需求,在保证生产的情况下尽量调低空压机排气压力。空压机排气压力每降低1bar,节能约7~10%。

Evaluate the pressure demand of gas equipment, and try to reduce the exhaust pressure of air compressor under the condition of ensuring production. When the discharge pressure of the air compressor is reduced by 1 bar, the energy saving is about 7 ~ 10%.

4.调整不合理用气行为

据权威数据,空压机的电能利用率仅为10%左右,有90%左右转换为热能损失掉了,需对厂用气动设备进行评估,能否改用电动方式解决。同时也应坚决杜绝用压缩风做常规清扫工作。

It is necessary to evaluate the auxiliary pneumatic equipment, and whether it can be solved by electric way. 5.采用集控模式

空压机数量少,可采用一台变频空压机调压,如果数量较多,可采用集中联动控制,避免多台空压机参数设置时造成的阶梯式排气压力上升。

If the number of air compressors is small, one variable frequency air compressor can be used for pressure regulation. If the number is large, centralized linkage control can be adopted to avoid the step exhaust pressure rise caused by the parameter setting of multiple air compressors.

6.做好设备维护、清洁

增加空压机散热效果,水冷、空冷等换热器的交换效果,保持油质。

7.空压机余热回收

回收空压机油系热量制备热水,用于其他工艺或辅助生活设施。

8.干燥系统改造

新型干燥装备用空压风余热对压缩空气进行干燥脱水,节能率超过80%。

The new drying equipment uses the waste heat of compressed air to dry and dehydrate the compressed air, and the energy saving rate is more than 80%.

对于已列入国家淘汰的高耗能设备目录以及能效过低的空压机,要考虑用能效高的新型空压机整体更新。

For the list of high energy consuming equipment that has been eliminated by the state and the air compressor with low energy efficiency, it is necessary to consider the overall renewal of the new air compressor with high energy efficiency.
