制氮机设备布置安装的标准要求

制氮机各设备布置顺序按工艺流程连接布置。用户需要提前提出设备安装厂房尺寸图和空气进口、成品氮气出口位置,根据实际场地条件规划整套制氮机设备布置连接示意图。

The layout sequence of each equipment of nitrogen generator is connected according to the process flow. Users need to put forward the size drawing of equipment installation workshop and the location of air inlet and finished nitrogen outlet in advance, and plan the layout and connection diagram of the whole set of nitrogen generator equipment according to the actual site conditions.

制氮机系统设备一般没有场地基础要求,只要厂房内平整地坪就能满足安装条件。但对于较大规格的空压机、压缩空气干燥设备等,则按生产厂家要求实施。为了设备维修、清洁方便起见,在空压机、干燥设备、制氮机、氮气纯化装置安放位置做一个高于地面10cm的平整台面则为最佳。

Generally, there is no site foundation requirement for nitrogen generator system equipment, so long as the flat floor in the plant can meet the installation conditions. However, for larger specifications of air compressor, compressed air drying equipment, etc., it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the manufacturer. For the convenience of equipment maintenance and cleaning, it is best to make a flat table 10 cm above the ground in the air compressor, drying equipment, nitrogen generator and nitrogen purification device.

各设备一般沿厂房墙面布置。空压机、冷干机应放在上风口或通风良好的地方,如果空压机后没有空气储罐,则空压机与冷干机之间的距离应尽可能大一些,二者之间的管路长度尽可能长一些,以利通过大气环境降低压缩空气温度。各设备间距离应至少大于1m,各设备与墙的距离应至少大于0.8m,设备的操作面应面向人员方便操作的方位,方便使用者对设备操作和维护、检修。

The equipment is generally arranged along the plant wall. The air compressor and cold dryer should be placed at the upper air outlet or in a well ventilated place. If there is no air storage tank behind the air compressor, the distance between the air compressor and the cold dryer should be as large as possible, and the pipeline length between the two should be as long as possible, so as to reduce the compressed air temperature through the atmospheric environment. The distance between each equipment shall be at least 1 m, and the distance between each equipment and the wall shall be at least greater than 0.8 M. the operation surface of the equipment shall be oriented to facilitate the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment by the users.

设备间的管路连接按设备就位后的实际情况而定,推荐管路连接由用户根据需要制作。所有管路最好采用硬连接方式(螺纹连接或焊接),由专业人员施工,避免发生泄漏现象。

The pipeline connection between the equipment depends on the actual situation after the equipment is in place. It is recommended that the pipeline connection be made by the user according to the needs. It is better to use hard connection (thread connection or welding) for all pipelines, and the construction should be carried out by professionals to avoid leakage.

3. 制氮机设备安装要求

3. Installation requirements of nitrogen generator

设备安装由用户负责,负责指导设备安装。

The user is responsible for the installation of the equipment and is responsible for guiding the installation of the equipment.

所有工艺设备就位后,设备间的管路根据现场实配。所有管路采用硬连接方式(螺纹连接或焊接),由专业人员施工,避免发生泄漏现象。成品氮气出口至用气点之间的管路使用铜管或不锈钢管为最佳(最次采用新的镀锌管),采用焊接方式连接。

After all process equipment is in place, the pipeline between the equipment shall be configured according to the actual situation on site. All pipelines shall be hard connected (threaded connection or welding) and constructed by professionals to avoid leakage. It is the best to use copper or stainless steel pipe for the pipeline between the nitrogen outlet of finished product and the gas consumption point (the new galvanized pipe shall be used at the latest), and the connection shall be made by welding.

电源和冷却水引至设备现场,备好配电盘、冷却水供应设施。

The power supply and cooling water shall be led to the equipment site, and the distribution board and cooling water supply facilities shall be prepared.
