1、空气压缩机运转过程中，随时注意仪表读数（特别是气压表的读数），倾听各部音响，如发现异常情况，应立即停机检查。贮气罐内气压不许超过铭牌规定的压力。每工作2~4h,应开启中间冷却器和贮气罐的冷凝油水排放阀门1~2次。搞好机器的清洁工作，空压机长期运转后，禁止用冷水冲洗。

11、根据气温变化应及时更换相应的压缩机油，有些地区气温特别低，应更换凝点低于当地温度的特殊油品。

12、机后一定要注意放空所有气体、排污、放水，放空各种管道及气包内的水、气、油，原因是冬季机组工作时，温度比较高，停机后因外界温度较低，空气冷却会有大量冷凝水产生，存在于各种控制管道、中冷器及气包内，容易使控制管路、中冷器堵塞，气包涨裂等隐患。
