空压机不定时放水，会有什么后果？

有客户问道：“我的空压机两个月没放水，会有什么影响?”

不放水的话，会导致压缩空气中含水量增加，影响气体品质，对后端的用气设备产生影响;油气分离效果变差、油气分离器压差变大，还会引起机件锈蚀。

If the water is not drained, the water content in the compressed air will increase, the gas quality will be affected, and the gas equipment at the rear end will be affected; the oil-gas separation effect will become worse, the pressure difference of the oil-gas separator will become larger, and the parts will be corroded.

水是怎么产生的?

空压机工作时机头的的内部温度是非常高的，吸入的自然空气中的水份，会在空压机的运行过程时形成水蒸气。而储气罐不仅可以给压缩空气提供一个缓冲和储气的空间，还可以减压降温。当压缩空气通过储气罐时，高速的气流撞击到储气罐壁使其产生汇流，在储气罐内使温度快速下降，使大量的水蒸气得到液化，形成冷凝水。如果赶上潮湿的天气或者冬季，还会形成更多的冷凝水。

The air tank can not only provide a buffer and storage space for compressed air, but also reduce pressure and temperature. When the compressed air passes through the gas tank, the high-speed air stream impacts the gas tank wall to make it converge, which makes the temperature drop rapidly in the gas tank, liquefying a large amount of water vapor and forming condensed water. If we catch up with wet weather or winter, more condensate will form.
