选择干燥设备参考依据是什么？

当固体物料表面水的蒸汽压大于干燥介质中水蒸汽的分压时，物料表面的水分就会不断汽化而进入空气，而物料内部水分不断扩散到物料表面。

干燥推动力为物料表面水的蒸汽压与干燥介质中水蒸汽的分压的差值。
