压缩空气自动排水器的应用经验

一．电子自动排水器的原理是：计时器通过控制电磁阀的得电时机间接控制阀门的开启与闭合。

二．物理自动排水器的原理是：靠排水器里的浮标的浮力来开启排水器。

三．采用液位控制技术的压缩空气零损耗压缩空气系统冷凝液排水器，是随着其容腔中的液面升高到电容式液位传感器设定的高点时，传感器给出信号，先导气阀吸合，切断先导气路。此时，膜阀片上方的压力释放，通过液体作用于膜阀片下方的压力将膜阀片顶离阀座，内部压力随之将冷凝液通过排放管排出系统之外。
