制氮机厂家提取氮气的方式是怎样的?

通常情况下制氮机制取氮气里面含氮量小于0.5%时,是可以用脱氮剂直接除氮,要是含氮量在0.5-3%时,应该用催化剂加氢以此达到除氮。目的,正常的情况下含氮大于3%是采用分级催化除氮。主要是因为氮气里面含氮量过高,这个时候是可以按化学计量能所需要的氢气含量。要是一次性使用制氮机加入,是会发生的危险,而且还会产生出比较大的热量,也容易烧坏催化剂。
