PSA制氮机出现喷灰现象该如何处理？

制氮机喷灰现象，也被称之为碳分子筛粉化，这种情况的出现是由于碳分子筛压不严实或碳分子筛松动，造成制氮机喷粉冒黑烟，此时需要整个系统彻底更换碳分子筛。如果此时还是正常添加碳分子筛，就会出现碳分子筛不停地喷出，后果会越来越严重，整个氮气管道系统会有碳分子筛粉末。

由于活性炭和分子筛都是黑色的固体颗粒，从色彩上很难分辨，可是他们的颗粒形状不同。假如喷出来的是活性炭，那么问题还不是很严重，咱们可以将活性炭过滤器拆下，去除里面的活性炭，查看活性炭底部丝网是否有破损，如有破损，更换新的不锈钢丝网，然后装回活性炭即可正常运转。
