空压机排量的选择除满意凿岩机具需求外，还应考虑以下因素：

向上排渣速度,空气介质条件下,速度不小于3000英尺(915米)/分;

排气量决定排渣速度,而不是排气压力;

速度=排量/径流面积

Speed = discharge / runoff area

孔内径流面积=成孔截面积-钻杆截面积.

二、排气压力

济南空压机空气压力的凹凸，对潜孔冲击器的性能是决定条件，空气压力越高，潜孔冲击器的冲击能量越大，岩石就越容易被凿碎；
