空压机进气胶弯头的重要性

一台完整的空压机是由很多部件组成,当然会出现一些重要的部件,这一部分一旦出了问题,机器就不能工作,也有一部分部件出了问题却不易发现,而且还不会立马停机,比如进气导管或胶弯头,但是长期使用会对空压机主机,以及后部设备造成大的损伤。

从空压机输出的压缩空气中,含有大量的水分、油分和粉尘等污染物,一定适当这些污染物,以避免它们对气动系统的正常工作造成危害。

变质油分的粘度加大,从液态逐渐固态化而形成焦油状物质。它会使橡胶及塑料材料变质和老化;积存在后冷却器、干燥器内的焦油状物质,会降低其工作效率;堵塞小孔,影响元件性能;造成气动元件内的相对运动件的动作不灵活;焦油状物质的水容液呈酸性,会使金属生锈、污染环境和产品。

水分会造成管道及金属零件腐蚀生锈,使弹簧失效或断裂;在寒冷地区以及在元件内的高速流动区,由于低温太低,水分会结冰,造成元件动作不好、管道冻结或冻裂;管道及元件内滞留的冷凝水,会导致流量不足、压力损失加大、甚造成阀的动作失灵;冷凝水混入润滑油中,会使润滑油变质;液态水会冲洗掉润滑脂,导致润滑不好。

锈屑及粉尘会使相对运动件磨损,造成元件动作不好,甚卡死;粉尘会加速过滤器滤芯的堵塞、加大流动助力;粉尘等会加速密封件损伤,导致漏气。
Rust chips and dust will wear the relative moving parts, resulting in poor action or even jamming of the components; Dust will accelerate the blockage of filter element and increase flow assistance; Dust will accelerate seal damage and lead to air leakage.
