螺杆鼓风机与空气悬浮离心鼓风机的对比

1.螺杆鼓风机与空气悬浮离心鼓风机都是新兴的鼓风机。都是采用永磁变频电机，将风机，隔音罩，变频器等高度集成，对比各自领域的前辈产品，如罗茨鼓风机，单级高速、多级离心风机等，螺杆鼓风机与空气悬浮鼓风机无疑在技术以及效率上都有着突出的优势。

还有一点就是，虽然空气悬浮鼓风机运行时没有机械摩擦，但是在悬浮轴承启动时仍存在物理接触，因此不适合频繁启停。而螺杆鼓风机在这几点上要优于前者，不仅适应频繁启停，同时对复杂恶劣工况的适应性也更好。
