山东螺杆式风机发展较晚,是一种新型的回转式风机,分为单螺杆与双螺杆式,市场上常见的为双螺杆式。双螺杆结构由瑞典人里斯曼发明,先用于压缩机领域,到20世纪末,双螺杆结构在鼓风机领域才开始获得较快发展,并在诸多应用领域展现里良好的易用性,如节能、稳定等。凭借良好的性能,在较多领域开始逐渐替代传统风机。

一、螺杆风机的结构
1、 Structure of screw fan
以锦工双螺杆鼓风机为例,螺杆风机一般主要由外罩、主机、电机、空气过滤器、消音器、油泵油箱以及油虑等部分构成。锦工双螺杆鼓风机可根据客户要求进行定制,比如去掉外罩、改为无油系统等。
Taking Jingong twin-screw blower as an example, screw fan is generally composed of cover, main engine, motor, air filter, muffler, oil pump tank and oil filter. Jingong twin-screw blower can be customized according to customer requirements, such as removing the cover, changing to oil-free system, etc.

螺杆主机作为螺杆风机的核心部件,其结构直接决定了风机性能的优劣。螺杆主机主要由机壳、螺杆转子、齿轮箱、轴承、轴封等主要部件构成。

二、螺杆风机的运行原理

螺杆式风机的运行原理是两根平行的阴阳转子在“∞”形气缸中相互啮合形成工作容积,通过同步齿轮,转子作反向高速转动,随着转子转动工作容积的大小发生周期性的变化,在气体输送过程中同时实现气体的压缩。螺杆式风机的工作循环可分为吸气、压缩和排气三个过程。其循环过程如下所示:
The operation principle of screw fan is that two parallel male and female rotors mesh with each other in the "∞" cylinder to form the working volume. Through synchronous gears, the rotor rotates in reverse high speed. With the rotor rotation, the working volume changes periodically, and the gas compression is realized in the process of gas transmission. 1、吸气过程

气体经吸气口进入转子齿间容积,随着转子的转动,齿间容积不断扩大,当齿间容积达到最大时,齿间容积与吸气口断开,吸气过程结束。

三、螺杆式风机的特点

螺杆式风机在腔体内气体输送的过程中实现了内压缩,因此螺杆拥有罗茨大部分的优点之外,同时比罗茨具备更高的效率,且气体的输送压缩的过程是连续渐进的,气流脉动更低,排气噪音、温度控制等均要优于罗茨等传统风机。
