干燥机通过加热使物料中的湿分汽化逸出,以获得规定湿含量的固体物料。干燥的目的是为了满足物料使用或进一步加工的需要。

1、工作原理上的不同

冷干机是根据冷冻除 湿原理,将来自上游的饱和压缩空气通过与冷媒的热交换冷 却到一定的温度,凝析出大量的液态水,经气液分离器分离后自动排出机外,从而达到除水干燥的目的。吸干机则是根据变压吸附的原理,将来自上游的饱和压缩空气在一定的压力下经过与干燥剂的接触,将绝大部分的水份吸附在干燥剂里,干燥空气进入下游工作,从而达到深 度干燥的目的。

2、除水效果上的不同

冷干机因为受到其原理的制约,如果温度太低的话会出现结冰现象,所以其的温度通常在2~10℃。吸干机则因为无须通过温度

3、能量损耗上的不同

对于冷干机来说,因为要通过冷媒压缩作功方可达到冷 却的目的,所以在电源功率上会偏高。而吸干机因为只要通过电控箱对阀门进行控制而已,所以通常用电功率只有几十瓦左右,也就是说不会有什么电量上的损耗。
For the cold dryer, because the purpose of cooling can only be achieved through refrigerant compression, so the power supply will be high. As long as the valve is controlled by the electric control box, the power consumption of the suction dryer is usually only about tens of watts, that is to say, there will be no power loss.
4、气量损耗的不同

因为冷干机是通过变温来达到除水的目的,水份又是通过自动排水器排出机外,所以没有气量的损耗。而吸干机则因为干燥剂在吸水饱和后需要再生,因些需要有12-15%左右的再生气损耗。
Because the cold dryer is to achieve the purpose of water removal by changing the temperature, and the water is discharged from the machine through the automatic drainer, so there is no loss of air volume. The dryer needs to be regenerated after water absorption saturation, so it needs about 12-15% regeneration gas loss.
5、故障率的不同

因为冷干机的冷媒系统和空气系统包括电气部分都相对复杂,而吸干机则只有阀门因要频繁动作而具有故障可能,所以在通常情况下吸干机的故障率要低过冷干机。

总的说来,吸干机无论在稳定性还是在效果上都要优于冷干机,只是因为要损耗一定量的再生气,所在我们一般要客户权衡利弊后作出选择。不过现在已有越来越多的厂家选择吸干机,
