空压机油水分离器产生堵塞故障的原因

空压机油水分离器在业内一般简称为油分,在它分离机油和压缩空气的同时,杂质也滞留在它的过滤材料上,堵塞过滤微孔,致使阻力过大,空压机耗电量增加,不利于减排,所以当油分堵塞到-压差值后需要更换。那么,空压机油水分离器产生堵塞故障的原因有哪些？

1、空压机周围环境。空压机周围环境中带有腐蚀性气体,如有些场合会有硫化物、天那水、清洗用的化学剂等挥发在空气中。机器的高温本身就加速了机油的氧化，一旦这些气体进入空压机系统与机油发生化学反应,从而产生积碳和油泥等,部分杂质进入机油循环系统被机油过滤器拦截，另部分杂质随之油气混合物上升到油分,在气体通过油分时,这些杂质滞留在油分滤纸上,把过滤孔堵塞,油分的阻力慢慢增加,致使油分在较短时间内就需要提前更换。如果因不适合使用环境,可选用重型空气过滤器或将空压机的吸气引导到有清洁空t气的地方。

2、空滤连接主机进气口之间的管路上有泄漏。造成泄漏的常见原因有:空滤没有安装好;空滤总成的接触面积不平;空滤与总成的接触面有脏物附着在上面,导致泄漏;空滤表面的弹性接触垫放歪了;空滤或空滤总成破裂等。

3、未使用合格的空滤、油滤、机油，-种或者多种情祝都存在。过滤精度差的空滤会让部分空气中的粉尘颗粒无法被拦截,会直接进入空压机系统,油滤和油分负荷过大,导致堵塞;进入空压机系统的杂质、油氧化物、磨损的金属颗粒等由于油滤过滤精度差,一部分拦截在油滤过滤层上，另部分杂质一直在机器内循环直上升到油分,分离后滞留在油分的过滤层中，导致油分过早被堵塞;抗氧化性差的机油不宜使用,即使工作时间较短,也会产生积碳和胶状物,将油分堵塞。

4、油分滤材.上水分过多使滤材发胀微孔收缩,使油分的有效分离面积减少,导致油分阻力增加,提前堵塞。
