制氮机提取氮气的技术原理你知道吗?

制氮机的变压吸附技术是一种的气体分离技术。

Pressure swing adsorption technology of nitrogen generator is a kind of gas separation technology.

其提取氮气主要原理是:由于空气中氧、氮两种气体分子在碳分子筛表面微孔的扩散速率不同,直径较小的氧分子扩散较快,较多的进入分子筛固相(微孔),直径较大的氮分子扩散较慢,进入分子筛固相(微孔)也较小,这样,在气相中就得到氮的富集成份;在吸附平衡情况下,空气压力越高,则碳分子筛的吸附量越大;反之压力越低,则吸附量越小。

投入工业运行的PSA空分制氮装置一般具有二个或二个以上吸附器组成,各吸附器通过优化纵使,交替循环工作,以达到连续产氮和提高氮气回收率等目的。

经过净化干燥的压缩空气,制氮机利用碳分子筛对压缩空气中氧氮的选择吸附性,运用动力学效应,氧在碳分子筛微孔中扩散速率大于氮,在吸附未达到平衡时,氮在气相中被富集起来,形成成品氮气,然后经减压常压,吸附剂脱附的氧气等杂质,实现再生,一般在系统中设置两个吸附塔,一塔吸附产生氮,另一塔脱附再生,通过PLC程序控制气动阀的启闭,使两塔交替循环,以实现连续生产高品质氮气,也可以间接生产,启动和调整很快。

The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by PLC program to make the two towers circulate alternately, so as to realize continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. Indirect production can also be realized, and the start-up and adjustment are very fast.

制氮装置所需要的主要气源是达到要求的压缩空气,不需要专人控制,便可以源源不断地生产出高品质和高纯度的氮气,运行稳定可靠,成本低,比购买钢瓶氮气或液氮气费用低廉好多倍。

The main gas source required by the nitrogen generation device is compressed air which meets the requirements. Without the control of special personnel, it can continuously produce high-quality and high-purity nitrogen. It is stable and reliable, and has low cost, which is many times lower than the cost of purchasing cylinder nitrogen or liquid nitrogen.
