The factors that affect the outlet temperature of screw blower include volume efficiency, working pressure, internal leakage and inlet air temperature. We have a simple way to judge the outlet temperature of the screw blower, that is, the outlet temperature of the screw blower ≈ the inlet temperature + (10 ~ 12) * the pressure (the pressure unit is meter water column). For example, in sewage aeration, the working pressure of the blower is 6 meters deep, the pressure loss of the pipeline and aeration head is about 1 meter water column, and the ambient temperature is 30 ℃, then its outlet temperature is 30 + (10 ~ 12) * (6 + 1), that is, 100 ~ 114 ℃.
We can see that the change of inlet temperature and working pressure of blower will directly affect the change of outlet temperature. Therefore, if the outlet temperature of screw blower is too high, we can first consider whether we can reduce the working pressure and the inlet air temperature
In the example, we can see that if the pressure rises by 1 m water column, the outlet temperature of the screw blower will rise. Therefore, reducing unnecessary pressure loss can effectively reduce the outlet temperature of the blower, such as pressure loss from pipeline design, pressure loss from filters, aeration head and other equipment, etc.
Most screw blowers are installed outdoors, so it is necessary to ensure good ventilation and avoid approaching other heat sources to reduce the ambient temperature and the inlet temperature of the blower; if the fan is installed indoors, air conditioning can be installed if conditions permit, which can not only reduce the inlet air temperature of the equipment, but also reduce the outlet exhaust temperature, and prolong the service life of the motor and other equipment.
3. If equipped with acoustic enclosure, open the acoustic enclosure if necessary, such as in summer.
A lot of noise enclosures do not play a significant role in sound insulation, but the internal temperature may increase due to the closed environment, which will make the inlet temperature of the blower higher, and then affect the outlet exhaust temperature. So in the necessary occasions, you can open or give up the acoustic enclosure.
If the outlet temperature of the blower is too high, it will affect the next production operation in many fields, such as in the aeration field, it will affect the oxygen dissolution and the living environment of microorganisms, so it should be dealt with in time when the outlet exhaust temperature is too high.
