一、制氮机日常使用保养注意事项:
1、 Precautions for daily use and maintenance of nitrogen generator:
1. 制氮机所需电源、气源、温度条件的正常供应和正常的开启关闭;尤其是电源电压的稳定,减少因电源问题带来对控制器、电磁阀的损坏。
1. Normal supply and normal opening and closing of power supply, air source and temperature conditions required by nitrogen generator; especially the stability of power supply voltage to reduce the damage to controller and solenoid valve caused by power supply problems.
2. 随时注意空气储气罐压力,保持空气储气罐压力在0.6~0.8MPa之间,不要低于额定值。
2. Pay attention to the pressure of air storage tank at any time, and keep the pressure of air storage tank between 0.6 and 0.8MPa, and do not lower than the rated value.
3. 每日检查自动排水器,以免堵塞而失去排水作用。若堵塞时,可稍微打开手动阀门,关闭自排阀门再拆下自动排水器,分解清洗。清洗自动排水器时,使用肥皂沫清洗即可。
3. Check the automatic drainer every day to avoid blockage and loss of drainage function. 4. 要定时察看制氮机上三只压力表,对其压力变化作一个日常纪录以备设备故障分析,随时观察流量计和氮气纯度情况,已保持出气的氮气纯度。
4. Regularlycheck the three pressure gauges on the nitrogen generator, make a daily record of the pressure change for equipment failure analysis, and observe the flow meter and nitrogen purity at any time to maintain the nitrogen purity of the outlet gas.
5. 每周定期检查冷干机的制冷效果,以免冷干机故障导致制氮机进水在,碳分子筛中毒现象发生

6. 按仪器使用守则的要求进行操作及日常维护,不定期检查电磁阀/气动阀的灵敏度、调压阀的压力范围、气体分析仪的精度、吸附塔的压紧情况、消声器排气状况、流量计内管清洁程度等。

二、制氮机周期保养(由专业制氮机保养厂家完成)

1.对空气处理环节的检测,冷干机的制冷效果怎么样,对管道滤芯定期更换(每六个月更换一次),使空气质量更好。
1. Check the air treatment process, how about the refrigeration effect of the air dryer, and replace the pipe filter element regularly (every six months), so as to improve the air quality.
2,对制氮机活性炭进行更换(12个月更换一次),活性炭环节是除油的一个过程,能是空气中的油分降低,避免对制氮机碳分子筛污染中毒
2. Replace the activated carbon of the nitrogen generator (once every 12 months). The activated carbon link is a process of oil removal, which can reduce the oil content in the air and avoid the pollution and poisoning of carbon molecular sieve of nitrogen generator
3.对制氮机氮气分析仪检测校准,p860系列氮气分析仪一般寿命为2-3年,寿命到期建议更换,避免对制氮机纯度的误判及对产品造成损失。
3. For the detection and calibration of nitrogen analyzer of nitrogen generator, the general service life of P860 series nitrogen analyzer is 2-3 years. It is recommended to replace it when the service life is expired, so as to avoid misjudgment of purity of nitrogen generator and loss of products.
4.对电磁阀和气动阀进行检查,为确保设备正常运行,建议用户有备用

5.制氮机碳分子筛(5-6年更换一次)氮产率进行分析试验,确保氮产率满足客户的需求。进行保养时要根据客户的使用情况,对制氮机碳分子筛进行添加或更换。
