空压机如何进行有效维修?

我们要知道的是空压机的质量和性能。空压机的质量可以分为：生产工艺、制造水平，配件选型等三个方面。一台青岛空压机维修要想卖得便宜又能盈利，只能在成本上偷工减料了，这种厂家可能连规范的质量体系都没有建立。选择些廉价的空压机部件随便装起来就拿出来卖了。开始使用后就会不断出现问题，比如噪音震动大；到处漏油；进气阀喷油；主机卡死；高温；跳机；出气含油量高；机油乳化；不打气等等的问题。而且便宜的空压机肯定也没有可靠的售后服务，就只能自个儿头疼哭诉无门了。

空滤芯不定期吹尘、更换会造成：空滤芯堵塞，进气量减小、排气量也随着减少。不定期更换会造成负压增大压穿，污染物进入机内，堵塞油过滤器、油分离芯、冷却润滑油变质、主机磨损。油过滤器不定期更换：随着前后压差增大，过油减少，主机排气温度升高停机，如前后压差过大击穿，污染物进入机内，堵塞油分离芯，主机磨损。油分离芯不更换：随着前后压差增大，主电机电流升高，排气量也随着减少。如前后压差过大击穿，冷却润滑油会随着空气进入管路中直跑完，主机排气温度升高停机。

If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the pollutants will enter into the machine, and the oil separation core will be blocked, and the main engine will be worn. Oil separation core does not change: with the increase of the pressure difference between the front and rear, the main motor current increases and the exhaust volume decreases. If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipeline with air until it runs out, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and shut down.

油管接头不清理：如堵塞，分离后有少部分油会随着空气进入管路中，造成油损耗大缺油。主电机轴承不定期加黄油：轴承磨损直到主电机烧坏。由此可以看出，螺杆空压机保养还是要像汽车一样，到了一定的周期就应该要做一下常规的保养，空压机保养的好，它才能更好的为您工作。油气分离器芯太脏。当油气分离器芯太脏时，油因阻力过大而影响循环，造成过热停机。如遇到这种情况，应从加载前后的压差进行判断，当两端压差为开机之初时的3陪或较大压差达到0.1Mpa时，就应该清理或更换油气分离器芯。
