空压机自动排气阀失灵的原因

空压机的起停通常由气压自动开关(气压继电器)直接带动交流接触器对电动机实现自动控制。而气压自动开关大多数采用机械式结构,利用弹簧压缩与释放能量操动触点。也许是气压自动开关的先天缺乏或因调节不当、机震等不同原因的影响。

重负荷停机:空压机的停机,与其他设备不同,都是达到设定上限压力时停机。交流接触器在接受重负荷、大电流下分段动作。此时拉弧火花为严重,对交流接触器损坏造成很大威胁,由于交流接触器损坏,将引发电源性质故障。如不平衡(缺相)等运行状态。

螺杆式空压机自身机械性质故障:空压机是不均匀负荷性质,机震噪声大,传动机件受阻引起磨损损坏等机械性故障,极容易引起电动机过载(堵转、阻塞等)
