空压机噪声的控制方法

空压机噪声的控制主要采用消声器、消声坑道和隔声技术三个方面，我们来分别了解一下吧：

主要噪声源是进、排气口，应选用适宜的进排气消声器。空压机进气噪声的频谱呈低频特性，进气消声器应选用抗性结构或以个、抗性为主的阻抗复合式结构。空压机的排气气压大，气流速度高，应在空压机排气口使用小孔消声器。

The main noise source is the intake and exhaust ports, so the appropriate intake and exhaust muffler should be selected. The frequency spectrum of air compressor intake noise is low-frequency, so the intake muffler should choose resistance structure or impedance composite structure with resistance as main component. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is large and the air flow speed is high, so the small hole muffler should be used at the air compressor outlet.

消声坑道的地下或半地下的坑道，坑道壁用吸声性好的砖砌成。把空压机的进气管和消声坑道连接，使空气通过消声坑道进入空压机。采用消声坑道可使空压机的进气噪声大大降低，使用寿命也比一般消声器长。
