我们把干燥塔内气流分布不均,中间流得快,边缘流得慢的现象称为“隧@道效应”。

形成原因1:压缩空气进入干燥塔之前,会通过一个气流分布器,在气流分布器周围及顶端,分散排列着许多小孔,压缩空气通过这些小孔进入吸附塔内。而干燥塔出口处的结构与进口是相同的,所以在干燥塔中心处的流程短,左右边缘处的流程就长;塔径越大,边缘处流程越长,就越容易形成“隧#道效应”。
