制氮机设备有哪些特点?

制氮机,是指以空气为原料,利用物理方法将其中的氧和氮分离而获得氮气的设备。根据分类方法的不同,即深冷空分法、分子筛空分法(PSA)和膜空分法,工业上应用的制氮机,可以分为三种。

Nitrogen generator refers to the equipment that uses air as raw material to separate oxygen and nitrogen from air by physical methods. According to the different classification methods, i.e. cryogenic air separation, molecular sieve air separation (PSA) and membrane air separation, there are three types of nitrogen generators used in industry.

设备结构紧凑、整体撬装,占地小无需基建投资,投资少,现场只需连接电源即可制取氮气。

The equipment has compact structure, integral skid mounted, small occupation, no capital investment and less investment. The nitrogen can be produced by connecting the power supply on site.

PSA工艺是一种简便的制氮方法,以空气为原料,能耗仅为空压机所消耗的电能,具有运行成本低、能耗低、效率高等优点。

PSA process is a simple method of nitrogen production. It takes air as raw material and consumes only electricity consumed by air compressor. It has the advantages of low operating cost, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

进口PLC控制全自动运行,氮气流量压力纯度可调并连续显示,可实现无人值守。

金属热处理过程的保护气,化学工业生产用气及各类储罐、管道的充氮净化,橡胶、塑料制品的生产用气,食品行业排氧保鲜包装,饮料行业净化和覆盖气,医药行业充氮包装及容器的充氮排氧,电子行业电子元件及半导体生产过程的保护气等。纯度、流量、压力稳定可调,满足不同客户的需要。

Protective gas for metal heat treatment process, chemical industry production gas and nitrogen filling and purification of various storage tanks and pipelines, production gas for rubber and plastic products, oxygen discharging and fresh-keeping packaging for food industry, purification and covering gas for beverage industry, nitrogen charging and oxygen discharging for packaging and containers in pharmaceutical industry, protective gas for electronic components and semiconductor production process in electronic industry, etc. The purity, flow and pressure are stable and adjustable to meet the needs of different customers.
