山东制氮机巧谈：变压吸附制氮装置操作及注意事项

变压吸附制氮技术现在广泛应用于化工、电子、纺织、医药、食品等行业。根据变压吸附原理，制氮机采用高品质分子筛作吸附剂，在一定压力下从空气中分理出氮气。变压吸附制氮机在实际操作中有一些重要的注意事项：

一、安装要求

1、 Installation requirements

1、应按设备实际尺寸选择足够大的场地。与周围环境之间的距离保持1米以上，以利于操作及维护保养。

1. The site should be large enough according to the actual size of the equipment. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the surrounding environment to facilitate operation and maintenance.

2、安装场地必须有良好的通风，少灰尘。

2. The installation site must have good ventilation and less dust.

3、 不能安装于有腐蚀性的环境中。

3. Do not install in corrosive environment.

4、 消声器(制氮装置废气出口)既可装在室内也可装在室外，空压机与制氮装置在同一房间时，消声器应安装在室外，以免影响氮气产量。

4. Muffler (exhaust gas outlet of nitrogen generation device) can be installed indoor or outdoor. When air compressor and nitrogen generation device are in the same room, muffler should be installed outdoors to avoid affecting nitrogen output.

5、制氮装置放在通风不畅的地方，消声器应安装在室外。

6、消声器如装在室外，装设在室外的消声器应有防雨设施，注意其放置高度不能高出废气出口，否则管路污水非但不能排出且易使污水倒灌。

Pay attention that the installation height shall not be higher than the exhaust gas outlet, otherwise, the sewage in the pipeline can not be discharged and the sewage will be easily poured back.

7、 电源安装注意事项：1.7.1 电源应按标定的电压(V)、电流(A)、相数配置；

8、 电网电压应在交流±10%范围内；
