制氮系统的冷干机室外使用注意事项

1）不要放在日晒、雨淋、风吹或相对湿度大于百分之八十五的场所。不要放置在灰尘多、有腐蚀性或可燃性气体的环境中。不要放置在有振动、冷凝水有冻结危险的地方。不要离壁面太近，以免通风不良。不得已需在有腐蚀性气体的环境中使用，应选用铜管经防锈处理的干燥器或不锈钢热交换器型的干燥器。应在环境温度40度以下使用。

5）压缩空气进口温度过高、环境温度过高（40度以上）、使用流量超过额定处理空气量、电压波动超过百分之十、通风太差（冬季也要换气，否则室温也会升高）等情况下，保护电路会发挥作用，指示灯灭，停止运转。

6）当空气压力高于0.15MPa时，常开式自动排水器的排水口才能关闭。冷干机的排水量太小时，排水口处于开启状态，有空气吹出。

7）压缩空气质量差，如混入灰尘和油分，这些赃物会粘附在热交换器上，降低其工作效率，同时排水也易失效。希望在干燥器进口设置过滤器，并要确认一天排水不少于一次。

8）干燥器的通风口每月要用吸尘器清扫一次。

9）接通电源，待运转状态稳定后，再接通压缩空气。停止运转后，必须等待3min以上才能再起动。
