从制氮机的组成来看,影响其稳定因素主要只有两个方面,控制阀和碳分子筛。

PSA制氮机应具有的性能:
PSA nitrogen generator should have the following performance:
a.材质优良、密封性好,不能漏气

b.能够接受频繁开、关的动作,保证使用寿命

c.接收控制信号内快速完成开关动作(约0.02秒)

阀门周期(每隔60秒)须开关一次,制氮机每年300个工作日计算,每天24小时连续动行,吸附与解吸周期为4分钟计,那么每只阀门每年需要开、关20多万次。
The valve cycle (every 60 seconds) must be opened and closed once. If the nitrogen generator operates continuously 24 hours a day for 300 working days a year, and the adsorption and desorption cycle is 4 minutes, then each valve needs to be opened and closed more than 200000 times a year.
而只要其中一只阀门出现故障都会影响整台设备正常。所以阀门连续使用寿命是制氮机稳定可靠的重要一环节。
