随着现代工业的不断发展,对压缩空气质量的要求也越来越高,压缩空气的质量主要由压力露点决定,露点值越低,压缩空气质量越好。在干燥机使用的时候,通常因为一些操作问题对机体造成损害,随着时间的推移,一些平日不注意的问题就会导致干燥机的性能大大降低。由于不同的行业生产工艺存在差异化,对压缩空气的露点要求也不一样。其实多数企业并不知道压缩空气品质不良会给生产带来巨大的危害,多数生产企业依然还是在使用冷冻式干燥机,压力露点普遍在10℃左右,并不能满足生产所需,

Due to the difference of production process in different industries, the dew point requirements of compressed air are also different. In fact, most enterprises do not know that the poor quality of compressed air will bring great harm to the production. Most of the production enterprises still use the frozen dryer, and the pressure dew point is generally around 10 ℃, which can not meet the production needs,
我们使用的冷冻式干燥机就是根据湿空气的物理性质,利用制冷技术将压缩空气强制冷却到要求的露点温度以下,从而将其中所含的水蒸汽油雾冷凝成液滴,由自动排水器排出机外。而实际上冷干机能达到企业产品压缩空气行业标准的却少之又少,而导致达不到标准的原因之一就是冷媒的填充问题。

But in fact, the cold dry function to the enterprise product compressed air industry standard is very few, and one of the reasons for not reaching the standard is the refrigerant filling problem.
冷媒灌注过少,冷干机会出现这些现象:
If the refrigerant is too little, the phenomenon of cold drying may appear
1、蒸发压力、冷凝压力都比正常运转低,但空气露点却降不下,压缩机外壳发烫。而冷媒灌注过多,冷干机则会出现:
1. Evaporation pressure and condensation pressure are lower than normal operation, but the air dew point can not be reduced, and the compressor shell is hot. However, if the refrigerant is poured too much, the cold dryer will appear:
2、由于冷媒液体存积于冷凝器,使冷凝面积减小,导致冷凝压力升高,严重时引起高压跳闸;
2. As the refrigerant liquid accumulates in the condenser, the condensing area is reduced, which leads to the increase of condensing pressure and high-pressure trip in serious cases;
3、制冷压缩机负荷增高,起动困难;
3. The load of refrigeration compressor is increased and it is difficult to start;
4、制冷剂在蒸发器中未能全部汽化,使湿蒸气进入压缩机,有“液压缩”危险;
4. If the refrigerant fails to vaporize completely in the evaporator, the wet steam will enter into the compressor and there is a danger of "liquid compression";
5、由于冷凝压力升高,使压缩机制冷量减少,空气露点上升。

因此冷媒的填充并不容易,没有直观的填充显示,则会让填充的难度更大,干燥机的模芯填充物为专用分子筛,分子筛的筛体式分散对流设计,合理分配气源,消除吸附死角,有效利用所有的吸附剂,既减少了吸附剂的填充量,还最大化的发挥了分子筛的吸附作用。保持干燥机的性能稳定,对干燥机做好检查,第一次操作时一定要注意,避免损伤机体,所以应该为干燥机做定期保养。

The sieve type dispersion convection design of molecular sieve can reasonably distribute the gas source, eliminate the dead angle of adsorption, and effectively use all the adsorbents, which not only reduces the filling amount of adsorbent, but also maximizes the adsorption effect of molecular sieve. Keep the performance of the dryer stable, do a good job on the dryer inspection, the first operation must pay attention to avoid damage to the body, so should do regular maintenance for the dryer.
