一、漆锈的预防：烘干机轴承在装到转子上做动平衡时很等闲将动平衡时产生的铁屑进入轴承内部，因此好是装轴承前做动平衡。有一些厂家为了装配方便，装配时在轴承室内涂上一些油或油脂起润滑效果，但往往操作人员很难将量控制好，如果油或油脂在轴承室内积留较多，在轴承动弹时很等闲沿着轴进入轴承内部。轴承室好是不要涂油或油脂，如非涂不可则要控制不得在轴承室内有积留。

二、装配异物的防止：因为干燥机轴承是高精度产品，如装配不当很等闲对轴承沟道造成损伤，导致轴承损坏。轴承在装配时应有专用的模具，不能随意敲打，在压入轴时只能小圈受力，压大圈时只能大圈受力。装配时要求采用气压或液压，在压装时上下模要外于水平状态，如有倾斜会导致轴承沟道因受力损坏，而使轴承产生导响。
