制氮机与空分设备的区别

制氮机,是指以空气为原料,利用物理方法将其中的氧和氮分离而获得氮气的设备。根据分类方法的不同,即深冷空分法、分子筛空分法(PSA)和膜空分法,工业上应用的制氮机,可以分为三种。

Nitrogen generator is a kind of equipment that uses air as raw material to separate oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen by physical method. According to the different classification methods, namely cryogenic air separation, molecular sieve air separation (PSA) and membrane air separation, the industrial nitrogen generator can be divided into three types.

制氮机是按变压吸附技术设计、制造的氮气设备。制氮机以进口碳分子筛(CMS)为吸附剂,采用常温下变压吸附原理(PSA)分离空气制取高纯度的氮气。通常使用两吸附塔并联,由进口PLC控制进口气动阀自动运行,交替进行加压吸附和解压再生,完成氮氧分离,获得所需高纯度的氮气

The design of nitrogen pressure transformer is based on nitrogen adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses imported high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature. Usually, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the inlet pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically. The pressurized adsorption and decompression regeneration are carried out alternately to complete the nitrogen and oxygen separation and obtain the required high-purity nitrogen

空分设备就是以空气为原料,通过压缩循环深度冷冻的方法把空气变成液态,再经过精馏而从液态空气中逐步分离生产出氧气、氮气及氩气等惰性气体的设备。

Air separation unit is a kind of equipment which takes air as raw material, turns air into liquid through deep freezing method of compression cycle, and then gradually separates oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other inert gases from liquid air through distillation.

空气中含有大量尘埃,空气透平压缩机(简称空压机)在长时间的高速运行中,粉尘会造成机器内部的叶轮,叶片等零部件的磨损、腐蚀和结垢,缩短机器使用寿命,因此必须设置原料空气过滤器,以空气中的尘埃。

There is a lot of dust in the air. In the long-term high-speed operation of air turbine compressor (air compressor for short), the dust will cause the abrasion, corrosion and scaling of the impeller, blade and other parts inside the machine, and shorten the service life of the machine. Therefore, the raw material air filter must be set up to remove the dust in the air.

经空气透平压缩机压缩后的空气温度升高80度以上,导致后续吸附和换热不能正常进行,通过设置空气预冷系统可以有效的降低进入空分设备的空气温度。

The temperature of the air compressed by the air turbine compressor rises to more than 80 ℃, resulting in the subsequent adsorption and heat exchange can not be carried out normally. The air temperature entering the air separation unit can be effectively reduced by setting the air precooling system.
